[Financial Incentive Scheme] Application Deadline (31 January 2026): The Scheme no longer accepts reimbursement applications for courses completed after 31 December 2025. Applicants are reminded to follow the submission requirements outlined in "Guide to Applicants"  to submit the application and upload all the required supporting documents at the online application portal, as well as submit the printed duly-signed application form along with a copy of the Hong Kong Identity Card to the HKSI Institute’s office within four months from the course completion date or by 31 January 2026  for courses completed between 1 October 2025 and 31 December 2025 (both dates inclusive), whichever is earlier. Late or incomplete applications will not be accepted.
