[Financial Incentive Scheme] System Enhancement Update: The reimbursement application platform is now upgraded. Applicants are reminded that the required hardcopy documents have been streamlined – only the duly-signed application form and a copy of their Hong Kong Identity Card must be submitted to the HKSI Institute’s office. All other supporting documents should be uploaded as part of the online application process. View the “Guide to Applicants” before submitting application.
[Financial Incentive Scheme] System Enhancement Update: The reimbursement application platform will be temporarily suspended from 6 July at 00:00 until 8 July at 23:59 for an upgrade. After the enhancement, applicants are only required to submit the duly-signed application form and a copy of their Hong Kong Identity Card in hardcopies to the HKSI Institute’s office, while the other 4 required supporting documents should be uploaded as part of the online application process. Applicants are advised to submit their applications via the reimbursement application platform as early as possible to avoid missing deadlines.

Applications submitted before the suspension period must adhere to the existing submission requirements outlined in “Guide to Applicants”. New document submission requirements will be applied after the system enhancement. Applicants are advised to submit their applications via the reimbursement application platform as early as possible to avoid missing deadlines. Register now: [Student Internship Programme] SIP 2024/25 Participating Employers (“PE”s) recruitment is now open. Eligible employers who wish to recruit full-time interns from the 22 Higher Education Institutions in 2024/25 with government subsidy of up to 80% or HKD8,000 (whichever is lower) on a monthly basis (maximum 3 months) for each position successfully filled can click HERE to request an online application account.
